On every Reference field you have a reference icon, you get a preview when you hover over that icon. You could use this functionality to display the additional fields. WebExamples:"Why does ServiceNow xyz?" ... "How do I make a field read-only?" ... Are you sending to the 'ITIL' role for example? And are you looking to dynamically exclude groups per notification or per group? I.e. I don't want this email to go to Group 5 and Group 7. Or I don't want Group 5 or 7 to receive any emails from the system?
