It is suitable for protection of proteins during purification. It can be used with animal tissues, plant tissues, yeast and bacteria. WebbThe β-Arrestin GPCR cell line is engineered to co-express PK labeled GPCR and enzyme receptor (EA) labeled β-Arrestin. Activation of GPCR-PK induces the recruitment of β-Arrestin-EA, forcing the two enzyme fragments to complement each other. The resulting functional enzyme hydrolyzes the substrate to generate a chemiluminescent signal.
